  • Dr Samar Kumar Basak:Dr Basak’s area of interest are cornea and eye banking. For more than 30 years he is serving the nation. In the year 1982 he did his MBBS from the NRS Medical college then in 1987 from the Dr R P Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences of AIIMS, New Delhi he did his MD.
